We collect donated bicycles, restore them, and provide them free to people who need reliable transportation.
Why it matters
Transportation shouldn’t be a privilege.
For many people, the distance between where they are and where they need to be is more than a few miles. It can mean a missed shift, an appointment that is hard to reach, or an opportunity that feels out of reach.
A reliable bike can help bridge that gap, providing greater independence, access, and a way to keep moving forward. We don’t think dependable transportation should be a privilege.
How it works
From one neighbor to another.
Collect
We collect gently used bicycles from community members and local partners. Bikes should be in reasonably good condition with plenty of life left in them.
Refurbish
Our team inspects, cleans, repairs, and safety-checks each bicycle, so it is safe and ready for its next rider.
Give
We provide refurbished bicycles free to people in our community who need reliable transportation for work, school, healthcare, and everyday life.

Neighbors Rebuilding Stability
For people experiencing housing or financial instability, a reliable bike can make it easier to reach work, appointments, services, and other essentials while building greater independence.
Workers & Students
When a car isn’t an option and public transportation doesn’t go where you need it, a bike can make work, school, training, and new opportunities much more accessible.
New Neighbors
For refugees, immigrants, and others establishing a new life in our community, a bicycle can provide an immediate, affordable way to reach jobs, schools, stores, appointments, and community resources.
Sometimes the distance between where you are and where you need to be is just a bike ride.

Success Cycles was founded on a simple belief: that a bicycle is more than a mode of transportation. It is a bridge to opportunity.
Success Cycles started with two South Lakes High School students, Chayton Everett and Isaac Castelda, with a simple idea: bicycles sitting unused in our community could become reliable transportation for neighbors who need them.
Today, our growing student leadership team works together to collect bikes, coordinate repairs, build community partnerships, raise support, and get bikes into the hands of people who can put them to use.
